Opening Reception
Following onsite registration, all attendees are encouraged to mingle and meet with as many recruiters, sponsors, or other student/alumni attendees as possible. The best way to find a career and to advance your career is to make sure that you meet as many attendees as possible.

Small Group Hosted Discussion
You will be seated at a dinner table during this portion of the event, hosted by one of the DLPC Employer Sponsors. While enjoying a multi-course meal, make good use of this opportunity to demonstrate your communication skills: both speaking and listening, and to truly get to know the people at your table, including (and most important) your Host Employer.

Educational Presentation
Diversity Leaders Power Conferences feature a presentation by a speaker on a topic of interest, followed by a panel discussion. Here, a representative from each Host Employer discusses their industry, company, culture, diversity initiatives and opportunities, concluding with Q & A from students and alumni.
